WIND-consult is looking to strengthen its team in the field of wind resource and energy yield assessments.
In this position, you will work on challenging projects for the assessment of wind fields, energy yields and wind turbine sites both in Germany and abroad.

We prepare assessments and test reports for the planning, operation, monitoring, testing and evaluation of wind turbines worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
- Modelling of wind fields and the energy yield of wind turbines using industry-standard software, such as WAsP and WindPRO
- Conducting wind measurements, including the configuration, setup, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of measurement technology
- Data evaluation and statistical analyses
- Site visits both in Germany and abroad
- Preparation of test reports in accordance with standards and guidelines
- Collaboration in technical committees and standards bodies
Your Profile
- A degree in meteorology, physics, geosciences or a comparable discipline
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with WAsP, WindPRO, statistical evaluations as well as measurement technology and data loggers is desirable
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Valid driving licence (category B)
- Interest in field assignments and travel activities both in Germany and abroad
- A dedicated, independent and reliable approach to work
- Autonomous support and management of clients
