WIND-consult is looking for a dedicated office administrator for secretarial, administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
In this position, you will support our team with organizational, commercial and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of our wind energy projects.

WIND-consult has been active for over 35 years as an independent measurement institute, accredited testing laboratory and inspection body.
We prepare assessments and test reports for the planning, operation, monitoring, testing and evaluation of wind turbines worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
- General secretarial and administrative tasks
- Invoicing and order management
- Bookkeeping and account allocation
- Payroll and travel expense accounting
- Tracking and administration of operating costs
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a relevant vocational qualification
- Ideally, experience in bookkeeping, accounting, cost tracking and cost management
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of DATEV or comparable software applications is an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- A dedicated and proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to work independently
